4月2日，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普簽署兩項“對等關稅”行政令，關稅清單中出現(xiàn)無人島赫德島和麥克唐納群島。該島位于亞南極印度洋且無人居住，島上棲息著大量海豹、企鵝和其他鳥類，曾被列入聯(lián)合國教科文組織世界遺產(chǎn)名錄。白宮官員稱該群島之所以被納入關稅清單，是因為它們是澳大利亞的海外領土。對此有美前議員諷刺“企鵝已經(jīng)占我們太久便宜，是我們站出來反抗的時候了”。
