3月13日，記者從貴陽消防獲悉，一男子撥打119謊報火警被行政罰款。近日，貴陽市花溪區(qū)某酒店發(fā)生一起虛構(gòu)火警事件。一男子因退房押金糾紛與酒店方發(fā)生爭執(zhí)后，撥打119謊報火情。消防救援人員接警后立即出動，抵達(dá)現(xiàn)場核實未發(fā)現(xiàn)火情，隨即聯(lián)合公安機(jī)關(guān)展開調(diào)查。經(jīng)查，該男子為泄私憤虛構(gòu)事實報警，其行為已構(gòu)成擾亂公共秩序。目前，涉事男子被公安機(jī)關(guān)依法處以行政罰款五百元。
